About Me...
My name is Scott O’Hara and I am a web designer & developer who also happens to have quite a bit of experience in print.
Like many other designers who started creating websites in the '90s, I learned to design websites using tables and notepad. I've come a long way since those days and now I write semantic markup with CSS-based layouts.
My credentials include a BA in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design, several advanced certificate programs in web design and countless hours of self-teaching under my belt. Needless to say, I have a pretty good idea of what I'm doing here. However, I'm always looking to learn more and expand my technical abilities. One can't rely on their current abilities for long in the design field. I stay quite busy keeping up with the trends.
Aside from being passionate about design, I enjoy meandering around Boston, checking out new and obscure music in all genres and painting. I recently started getting into running road races and have been running quite frequently this past year. I'm also a fan of Sudoku. I feel like I'm late to the party on that one...shrug.
